2. Cash: Please put in envelope and print the student's full name on the outside of the
envelope. Please do not send large amounts of cash. Cash is accepted at the registers in
the middle and high schools.

Free and Reduced Meal Program
- Families that qualify can receive free or reduced price meals. Families that were approved last year must fill out a NEW form within the first two weeks of school to continue assistance.

Computerized Debit Student ID Card Lunch Program
- Our computerized debit-student ID Card lunch program makes serving your child much
easier, faster and simplifies payments for lunch.
- All students have a debit card lunch account, which allows parents to prepay in
advance for their child's lunch.
- Please keep in mind that a debit card is not a credit card. Previously deposited
funds are required to make a debit card purchase.
Payment FAQ's
- What happens to the money in my child's debit account at
the end of the school year?
The funds remain in your child's account and will be available for the first day of school.
A negative balance will also remain on account and will be required to be paid.
For those students transferring from one school to another within the district, the money will be available in the new school.
- How will I know when the balance is low on my child's account?
The food service cashiers will keep high school and middle school students informed of their remaining balance so they may notify their parents when they need additional funds deposited.
Additionally, "School Messenger" - a technologically advanced, telephone based, notification system is used to convey a message to parents about low and negative balanced accounts.
- Can you view your student's account on parent connect?
Yes, go to http://webconnect.bloomfield.org click on the parent connect link, log in and then go to the "cafeteria" link.
- Can school lunches be paid by credit card?
Yes. cafe prepay set up an account and then you will be able to add to your student's ID debit card online. Go to http://webconnect.bloomfield.org click on the cafe prepay link.
